I’m an Organizational Development Professional with a unique speciality in communication design. I analyze human behavior in the workforce and translate those learnings into programs that elevate leaders to their true potential. I also build the tools to communicate this critical information across the organization through web design, print or spoken word.

It’s rare to come across an individual with the wide variety of talents that Scott brings. Scott single-handedly built our department’s communication and company branded apparel sites. They were built with the end user in mind – easy to navigate and locate the information needed quickly and also extremely visually appealing. Scott’s understanding of team and leadership development is extensive, successfully implementing the first program of its kind in our organization. His interpersonal skills are exceptional, working across many departments to implement complex processes and procedures with ease. He is also one of the easiest people in the office to talk to with a genuine interest in others.
Scott is a fun coworker. He balances getting the job done with a sense of humor and clarity. I’ve worked directly with Scott on various projects, including our internal communications network, an employee store, and organized learning events at Clearlink. Scott has a great eye for clean design and a very personal photography style. These skills blend nicely in the communication tools he’s developed for Clearlink.
I know Scott from his excellent photography work. Having said that, I recently came to know that he is the one responsible for maintaining our corporate intranet, blog, company merchandise and more. His skills relating to design speak clearly to the culture our company wishes to represent. Scott is also punctual on his assigned projects. Although tasked with various responsibilities, Scott always keeps a smile on his face and has the attitude of always pushing forward. I will never doubt that whatever Scott puts his mind to, he will accomplish.
